Q: Where do I purchase tickets?

A: Advance tickets can be purchased at the box office, through this site, Kaleidoscope, and Stick It in Your Ear

Q: Where do we park?

A: There’s ample free and paid parking downtown. Click here to see the options

Q: What time do shows start?

A: It depends on the show, style of entertainment, number of opening acts and what else is happing at Regency Live. Check your tickets or our website for show time.

Q: Does the venue have seats?

A: Unless an event is advertised as seated, our shows are general admission and predominately standing room only. VIP lounge seating can be reserved at a minimum bar tab of approximately $20 per person. Limited open seating is available on a first come, first served basis.

Q: Do you serve food?

A: We serve a limited snack menu: chips and salsa, popcorn, etc.

Q: Can I bring in outside food?

A: No.

Q: When are you open?

A: Regency Live is open for show nights only. Regency Patio Lounge is open 5p to 11p, daily.

Q: Is there an ATM in the venue?

A: No

Q: Will I be searched before entering?

A: In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, we reserve the right to search and/or use a metal detector on anyone before entering Regency Live.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: There’s not a strict dress code for the main floor–most shows are fairly casual. Vinyl VIP Mezzanine Lounge is a bit fancier, so don’t hesitate to dress-up a bit.

Q: Is there a smoking area?

A: Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. However, there’s a designated smoking area on the patio.

Q: Can we leave the venue and come back in?

A: Our general policy allows re-entry; however, you’ll be asked to present your ticket and show your wristband or handstamp. Any shows that do not permit re-entry will be clearly indicated at the door.

Q: What kind of payments do you take at the bar?

A: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover

Q: Do I have to have ID to get into the bar?

A: You’ll need to show idea to get a wristband that will allow you to purchase alcohol.

Q: Do you allow under 21?

A: Yes, depending on the show. Check the event details on www.Ticketfly.com.

Q: What accommodations are made for guests with disabilities?

A: The venue is accessible for people with disabilities. Contact us at 417.429.1690 for more information or to make special arrangements.

Q: What items are NOT allowed in the venue?

A: Any illegal drugs, electronic smoking devices, backpacks, large bags/purses, weapons of any kind, laser pointers, outside food and drink, professional photography equipment-(without permission from GM)

Q: What happens if an event is canceled or postponed?

A: If a show is cancelled, tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase. If a show is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the newly scheduled performance

Q: What is the ticket refund policy?

A: There are no refunds unless the show is canceled.
