The Regency has been configured to offer unrivaled flexibility in layout and production. The complex encompasses two fully independent spaces, each with its own entrance and exits, bathrooms, bars and sound system.

Rehearsal/Set-up (outside day-of-performance/3 hr min): $75 hrly
Merchandise Commission: 15%

The Sound & Lighting package is included in the rental and features our full sound and light system, wired microphones, monitors, and mixers (basically all the sound and lighting equipment required by a live band). In order to utilize our stage sound and light system, technicians are required for your event. Here’s a list of audio/visual staffing rates.


House Manager: included
Audio Engineer (day-of/up to 8 hours): $150
Lighting Director (day-of/up to 8 hours): $150
Box Office Personnel (day-of/up to 8 hours): $150
Merchandise Salesperson (day-of/up to 5 hours): $40
